This quartet is a group of musicians who play music in the style of guitarist Django Reinhardt and violinist Stephane Grappelly. The group consists of a bassist, two acoustic guitarists (one rhythm guitarist and one lead guitarist), and a violinist. The songs are a collection of standard favorites and classic swing performed with hot guitar solos and swinging violin solos. The music is completely acoustic which makes it very easy to listen to and enjoy. ON THE AIR "Django" sets a great mood for any event. The group creates a tasteful background of sound, not interfering and yet very interesting to watch. This is the style that in the 1930's and 40's evolved from the "Hot Club du France." Movies such as Woody Allen's "Sweet and Lowdown" and "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" feature this genre of jazz.
